Studying, working or caring responsibilities during the day? Rijschool Denhaag offers driving lessons on weekday evenings and at weekends. Popular evening slots are between 18:00 and 21:00. At weekends we teach on Saturdays and Sundays, subject to instructor availability. That way you do not have to take a day off to have a lesson.
Evening and weekend lessons are popular — they fill up more quickly than daytime slots. Would you like to have lessons on a fixed evening each week or every Saturday? Discuss that with us as early as possible. We will then reserve a recurring slot for you so you do not have to plan anew every week.
Tips for combining a busy schedule with driving lessons
Evening lessons have an added benefit: you practise driving in reduced daylight and with headlights on. That is a driving situation you may also encounter during the CBR exam. Students in The Hague and Delft often opt for weekend lessons, while working professionals in Zoetermeer and Rijswijk more often choose the evening slots.
A handy rhythm for those who want to progress quickly: two lessons per week — one on a weekday after work and one at the weekend. That keeps your skills fresh and helps you build routine quickly. We advise against fewer than one lesson per week — each lesson then takes too much time just catching up from the previous one.
